In November 2022, Yokohama City formulated a park management plan that shows the future image of the park in Odori Park's 1st to 3rd wards, and conducted a sounding-type market survey (dialogue) in December 2023 with the aim of enhancing the attractiveness of the park by creating bustle through public-private partnerships linked to town planning plans in the surrounding area.
Based on the renewal concept "~ Regeneration of parks aimed at creating exchanges, relaxation and liveliness ~" in Odori Park's 1st to 3rd wards (three sections counted from the JR NEGISHI LINE Kannnai Sta. side), we will recruit private businesses to maintain and manage and operate the park-PFI (open call for participants installation management system).
