Motoichi and Tokyu Corporation updated the "Agreement on Promotion of" Next-Generation Suburban Town Development "" concluded in 2012 on April 1, 2022, with the theme of "living, working, and enjoying in a rural city" , We will start initiatives for the third term of the agreement (Reiwa 4-8).
Along with that, we will hold a talk festival on May 22 to "live, work, and enjoy in a garden city" together with local people to think about "living, working, and enjoying in a garden city".
This initiative will be the first step in the third phase of the next-generation suburban town development agreement, and efforts utilizing the know-how and achievements cultivated so far will be expanded throughout the Denentoshi Line in the northern part of Yokohama City to further revitalize suburban residential areas. I will continue.
