In the area around Tokaichiba-cho, Midori Ward, we are promoting community development using municipal land in the Tokaichiba Center district (blocks 20, 21 and 22) in order to introduce the vitality of the private sector and solve local issues, including the surrounding residential areas.
In the 22nd block, the Gray Shea Yokohama Toka Market, a housing with the theme of supporting child-rearing households, has been completed. In the future, we will promote area management initiatives in cooperation with preceding blocks (20 and 21 blocks), etc., and aim for a new and sustainable town form.
