In Yokohama City, in 1922, the Building Division was born in the organization of Yokohama City Hall to maintain public buildings such as government buildings and schools, and celebrated its 100th anniversary in Reiwa 4 (2022).
As a part of this project, on November 12 (Saturday), we will hold an event called "Yokohama Architectural Plaza" where both adults and children can enjoy the theme of architecture.
The event is divided into two large groups, and a hands-on “Children's Workshop” for children and a “Symposium” for thinking about public architecture together with architectural professionals will be held on the same day.
In addition, as a related event, various exhibitions related to architecture are also planned.
Please come to the space of the building for a whole day.
