Yokohama City established the "Yokohama Disaster Prevention Power Improvement Condominium Certification System" on February 1, 2022, in order to form a condominium that is resistant to disasters and improve disaster prevention capabilities, including local residents.
Therefore, in order to support Residential Association and others who intend to obtain new certifications in the future, we will start dispatching specialist organizations (condominium disaster prevention advisors) with knowledge and experience regarding disaster prevention measures for condominiums.
