Yokohama City and Classone Co., Ltd. have signed an agreement today to promote the removal of vacant houses.
This is the first initiative in Japan to utilize the “Some-no-Kai Navi,” which simultaneously monitors the cost of dismantling vacant houses and the estimated price of land sales.
