In Yokohama City, the “Management Plan Certification System” was launched on November 1, 2022, in which the city certifies condominiums with appropriate management plans. We are pleased to announce that we have been certified as the first one. Going forward, we will continue to promote appropriate management of condominiums by promoting the spread of this system.
