In the elderly Municipal Housing, a resident appeared to have passed a few days after his death on bed. This house has an emergency call system, which is usually notified to a security company if (1) an emergency button is pressed or (2) a sensor detects that there has been no movement for 12 hours. . This time, no report was made due to an abnormal sensor, and the discovery was delayed.
