On November 1, 2021, Mr. OYAMA Shoji, President of the Constitutional Democratic Party and National Forum Yokohama City Council, submitted a notification of the change of members belonging to the faction following the departure of Representative Yasuhiro Kogayu and Representative Katsuji Sakamoto.
At the same time, a notice was submitted to change the name of the faction to "Constitutional Democratic Party Yokohama City Council Representative" on the same date.
In addition, on November 1, 2021, Representative Yasuhiro Kogayu submitted a notification of the formation of the Democracy Forum Yokohama City Council.
