In the case of submission by hand, it is not necessary to enter the "monthly amount" column of the "Request for Switching to Special Collection", so please submit it blank (check the monthly amount with the Yokohama City Special Collection Center in advance If so, please fill in the amount and submit it.) 。
When you inquire about the monthly installment in advance, please contact the Yokohama City Special Collection Center after preparing the tax payment letter of advice or payment notice of normal collection sent to employees. Please note that if you do not have a tax payment letter of advice or payment notice for normal collection, you will not be able to tell the monthly amount.
In addition, the special collection start month should, in principle, be after the month following the month in which the switching request is submitted.
