I have not received a special collection tax notice, why? Individual inhabitant tax

The special collection tax notice for the new year will be sent out in mid-May every year. The reasons for not receiving this may be the following cases.
Case 1: All employees who have submitted the payroll report are normally collected.
⇒After confirming the submitted salary payment report, if the collection method is different, please submit a "Request for Switching to Special Collection".
Case 2: Submitted a salary payment report after the deadline (January 31)
⇒The special collection tax notice may be delayed.
Case 3: We have not submitted a payroll report to Yokohama City
⇒If there is an employee living in Yokohama City as of the due date (January 1), please submit it immediately.
Case 4: The location of the payer (special collection obligation person) has changed
⇒ Please submit "registration form change of location and name of salary payer (special collection obligation person)".
Case 5: Address was outside Yokohama as of the due date (January 1)
⇒Taxation of city and prefectural tax is carried out in Address on the due date (January 1).
※If you do not know in cases 1-5 above, please contact the Yokohama City Special Collection Center after confirming that you have received the special collection tax notice again. The special collection tax notice is sent in a large A3 size tea envelope.
