１. If you have submitted a payroll report via eLTAX
In the submission (procedure) category of "cancellation", please submit as a set with the individual statement for cancellation.
Also, please submit a payroll report to the correct municipalities in Address.

２. If you have submitted a payroll report on paper
Please submit the following three points to Yokohama-shi special collection center immediately.
Also, please submit a payroll report to the correct municipalities in Address.
①Salary payment report (summary table) with "correction"
②Payroll Report of “Correction” (Individual Statement)
In the Address column, "The correct Address as of January 1" and in the summary column, "The Address in Yokohama, which was incorrectly describedAddress" in red.
③“Invalid” Payroll Report (Individual Statement)
In the Address column, "Address in Yokohama, which was incorrectly reported," and in the description column, "Invalid."
