If you have a pink summary table sent from Yokohama City, be sure to use the pink summary table to check the "designated number". If you do not have it, download it from the Yokohama City homepage and create it or use a brown summary table.
※Even if you use a private summary table, if you have a pink summary table sent from Yokohama City, please submit the created summary table and the pink summary table together.
