I don't know how to describe the transfer of salary earner registration form regarding special collection.

・Ａ： Normal collection (eg, when you retire and change the collection method to normal collection paid by yourself)
・Ｂ： Collective collection (e.g., when retiring and collecting and delivering the remaining collection tax in a lump)
・Ｃ： Continuation of special collection (e.g., when continuing to collect at a transferee or reemployment place)
