NO.12 "Homogaya Band Battle 2023" was held!

　"Hodogaya Band Battle 2023" was held at Hodogaya public hall on Saturday, November 18th.
　This event also serves as an election enlightenment for young people, and this is the 16th time this year. On the day of the event, 12 bands from four high schools in Hodogaya Ward (Sakuragaoka High School, Koryo High School, Shoko High School, Yokohama Seifu High School) participated, making it possible for the first time in four years, and it was more exciting than usual. It's really nice to be young! (laughs)

　The reception and moderator were involved with high school volunteers, and they were very active in conducting election quizzes between performances and holding the award ceremony with drum rolls. After all the performances were over, the championship band voting was held just like an actual election using a real ballot box. When the winning band was announced, I was impressed with tears of excitement. This year, the band that won and runner-up will appear on FM Yokohama, so please check it out!
