On Sunday, February 18, the 32nd Karugamo Family Marathon was held at Hodogaya Park.
The day was blessed with good weather and the warmth reminded me of the coming of spring. Approximately 1,000 runners participated, and not only residents of the city, but also from distant places such as the city, the prefecture, and Hokkaido and Kansai.
As guest runners, Kona Kawaguchi, Momoka Sakaida, and Hiroshi Ogura of the Panasonic Women's Athletics Club participated, and encouraged the players while participating in all 2km, 5km and 10km races. Was.
In addition, the members of Fujitsuka Taiko performed the drums and excited the venue.
180 pairs of parents and children participated in the family section, which is a major feature of the Karugamo Family Marathon. I think that it was a good memory for the family, with three family members holding hands and having children waiting for their mothers in front of the goal. .
