On Friday, November 8, at the Takigashira Community Care Plaza, a “food activity course for students” was held by the Isogo Ward Dietary Improvement Promotion Committee (Healthmate).
On the day, ten junior high school students participated and learned about the importance of breakfast and the balance of meals for the future of lifestyle-related diseases prevention. After that, we had a cooking experience and tasting of "pizza bread" using bread. In the post-questionnaire, "It was an opportunity to think about eating habits." "I want to eat properly in consideration of balance from now on." I received a lot of feedback.

"French fries contain so much oil."

"Pizza bread" was baked with vegetables, ham and cheese on bread.
