　In October last year, medical institutions in the ward participated and conducted a flag posting training with the cooperation of the Yokohama Amateur Radio Emergency Communications Cooperation Association and the Isogo Ward Branch.
　On the day of the event, the headquarters was opened on the 4th floor of the Isogo Ward Office, and members of the Amateur Radio Emergency Communications Cooperation Association toured the ward to check the status of the flag and reported to the headquarters.
　In the event of a large-scale disaster such as an earthquake, the Isogo Ward disaster headquarters Medical Coordinating Team will be established to support the survivors in cooperation with hospitals, clinics and pharmacies in the ward.
