On Tuesday, October 29, a health mate held a health lecture for the Minoru Generation at the Kaminakazato District Center, and 24 people participated.
After practicing cooking the healthmate's recommended menu "Easy Onion Shumai", everyone learned about diet and exercise for health promotion.
Participants commented, "Shumai was delicious, so I want to make it at home." "Milk miso soup was a surprising combination, but the taste of milk was not too assertive and it was delicious." .
