Isogo Ward spirit station exchange meeting was held!

　There are 27 "Genki Stations" in Isogo Ward, which are voluntary groups in which elderly people take care prevention in the community.
　On November 8, a “Genki Station Exchange Meeting” was held, with a total of 54 people from each group participating and actively exchanged opinions. .
　In addition, 11 representatives of organizations promoting nursing care prevention in the ward provided information such as instructors on nursing care prevention to elderly people who operate stations, and health promotion from Shiono Sawaoka, the Diamond Aging Society Research Foundation. There were plenty of contents, such as giving lectures.
　Preventing nursing care in a group leads to an extension of healthy life expectancy than doing it individually. Going forward, we will continue to provide a place to utilize senior power to prevent nursing care in the community.
