In front of the ward office front entrance, there is a flower clock about 3 meters in diameter. What was installed in front of Shin-Sugita Station in 2017 was renewed with "Garden Necklace Yokohama 2018" and installed in April last year.
Flowers are replanted regularly, and on July 31, Marigold, Pentas and Portulaca are planted. Watering is supported by local workshops.
In front of the clock, there are many people who stop or take pictures with a smartphone.
Please drop in when you come to the ward office.
