On Thursday, August 22, a health mate held a “Oyako Shokuiku Class” at the Sugita District Center. .
After having 21 parents and children participate and learning about the nutritional balance and the importance of breakfast, parents and children practiced cooking.
The menu consists of tofu cream bread gratin, broccoli and potato bread crumbs, lettuce and bacon soup.
Some children used kitchen knives for the first time, but they were able to finish their dishes while having fun.
From the child, "It was delicious!" There were many voices saying, "I can make it easily, so I want to do it at home."
Healthmates supported and enjoyed cooking training with parents and children.
Check the nutritional balance with a lunch mat of staple food, main dish and side dish!
