Details of the case

day service (elderly day care)'s job, which was qualified as a helper and the content of the job was the same as a listener, but the hourly wage was cheaper than 300 yen because he said he couldn't hear it, and Retirement said he couldn't raise it afterwards. Then he entered another facility for the elderly, where he was given the same hourly wage as everyone from the beginning, but after that he was turned to the cleaning, Retirement. I am proud that my relationship with my colleagues has been working well, but it is difficult to care for those who are deaf (I can't respond even if I hear from behind. I can't sing a song, etc.

Regarding the case, what I wanted to do and what I thought would be better.

Even if you can't hear it, you're working hard with your full body, so I don't want you to make a difference in wages unless there is a significant difference from ordinary listeners. If you make a difference, give a reasonable reason, and if you don't understand, just quit!
