Details of the case
According to the Employment Promotion Act for Persons with Disabilities, the actual employment rate is subject to regular employment at least 30 hours per week in principle. As a special case, in the case of short-term employment of mentally ill persons (20 hours or more and less than 30 hours per week), one employment is counted as 0.5. The characteristics of persons with disabilities who are difficult to work long hours are not taken into account.
Regarding the case, what I wanted to do and what I thought would be better.
Counting for about 10 hours a week makes it easier for people with mental disabilities to be employed.
