Details of the case
I don't think there is any obvious discrimination in my workplace, but there is a hidden word "Men Tal". A person in a manager called me like that without knowing me, referring to other people with mental illness. Fortunately, I am healthy now, but when I knew that there was something so called behind the scenes, I realized that there was something deep-rooted and I was very uncomfortable.
Regarding the case, what I wanted to do and what I thought would be better.
I think we should not only comply with laws and regulations, but also educate people about how to treat them more correctly.
Isn't it possible to maintain a normal relationship as a colleague, boss subordinate, or senior junior?
