Details of the case
Even if there is a quota for employment of persons with disabilities by applying from the company's website, the basic wage is low. For example, a little added to the minimum labor wage. In addition, no matter how many people with disabilities consider it as a special case for the Labor Standards Law, the basic hourly wage of about 600 yen is not allowed. It seems to be a clear manifestation of discrimination against persons with disabilities.
