If your dog bites a person
If your dog bites a person, you must go to Health Sanitation Division Kohoku Health and Welfare Center (39th window on the 3rd floor of the ward office) by the day after you know the fact.
Please send it to me.
You must also have the dog examined by veterinarian within two days and be tested for rabies.
