Regional Comprehensive Support Center in Konan Ward
The Regional Comprehensive Support Center has been established at the Community Care Plaza to provide a variety of support for the use of The Long-term Care Insurance and other services so that people can continue living in familiar areas.
What is the Regional Comprehensive Support Center?
We provide consultation and information on welfare and medical care, including welfare and health services for the The Long-term Care Insurance and the elderly (home helper (home-care worker), short stays, etc.). In addition, The Long-term Care Insurance will act on behalf of the submission of applications for certification for long-term care and certification for support required.
