Seal Registration (proxy/agent Decommissioned Guarantor System (City))

If you are in proxy/agent, please bring the following seven points (6 points if you lose your current registered private seal) to the counter.

• Power of Attorney created by the principal
• Seal Registration application form filled out by guarantor and registered private seal
• private seal registration card (card) currently registered
• Documents confirming the name of proxy/agent (driver's license, health insurance card, etc.)
• private seal to register
• proxy/agent's approval seal
• private seal currently registered (you don't have to be lost)

※The guarantor, private seal, must be clearly stamped. If seal impression is unclear, we cannot accept it. It is safe to come with the guarantor or keep the guarantor's registered private seal.

※This is the procedure for abolishing the current Seal Registration and then Seal Registration. Please refer to how to write a power of attorney (PDF: 116KB) in the power of attorney, and describe the following items as power of attorney.

1. Application for abolition of Seal Registration (If you are unable to bring your current registered private seal, please refer to "Registered private seal Loss Report")
2. Matters related to the application for Seal Registration

※Some people forget that they had done Seal Registration before, but if you are in Seal Registration, you will not be able to register on the same day unless you return your private seal card (card).
