Seal Registration (license method)

Please bring the following two points to the counter.

1. Certificate with photo of your face, such as a driver's license
2. private seal to register

※Certificates that have been issued for more than 10 years or expired cannot be used for Seal Registration. In addition, student ID cards are not available.

※If you are currently in Seal Registration, please bring your private seal registered card with your private seal card. But you don't have to see it.

※If a proxy performs the procedure, it will be a different method. Please start over from the first question.
