A person who intends to participate in a bid must meet all of the following conditions and receive confirmation that he / she is eligible for bid participation.

1. Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
2. Being a person who has been registered in "316 B: System Operation / Monitoring of Computer Operation" in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 5.6.
3. Being person who has not received nomination suspension based on measures summary such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension on any day from January 25, 2024 to bid opening date.
4. Have a track record of contracting support desk operations in a public institution network with more than 30,000 users.
5. A person who has multiple network technicians with public qualifications and support desk work experience and has a system that can perform business.
6. Acquired the privacy mark set by the Japan Information Economy and Society Promotion Association on January 25, 2024.
7. There must be terminal management and operation results at a total (*) of 300 schools or more in MDM used by Motoichi.
8. Have a track record of account operation and terminal operation in Google Workspace for education.
