A person who intends to participate in a bid must meet all of the following conditions and receive confirmation that he / she is eligible for bid participation.
(1)Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and having the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2)In the 5th and 6th year of Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.), the registered items "Various survey plans" are described in "Detailed A: Market / Public Opinion Poll" and "Detailed B: Consulting" All registrations must be accepted, and the registered item ranking must be "2nd place" or higher.
(3)Being a person who has not received the nomination suspension measures based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day from the bid participation intention application deadline to the bid date.
(4)Have obtained the Privacy Mark or ISMS certification granted by the Japan Information Economy and Social Promotion Association.
(5)In the past, there must be a track record of research and analysis or consulting services in the education field, including school sites, from one of the national, prefectural, or municipalities.
