1. Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and having the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
2. Have a qualification to participate in "345 office work and business consignment detailed B training" in the Yokohama City General Competitive B qualified person list (related to goods, consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 5.6.
3. Being a person who has not received the nomination suspension measures based on the outline of measures such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day from the bid participation intention application deadline to the bid date.
4. Must have at least two persons who meet any of the following requirements or have at least two years of practical experience in the maintenance and management of systems and information equipment.
