In recent years, the social situation has changed drastically, such as the advent of a declining population, the aging of the population, the aging of buildings, and the diversification of lifestyles.
In order to respond to these changes and lead to improvements in the ease of living for citizens and the realization of various activities, we conducted a city-wide review such as changes in restricted zones and designation of new special use zones. .
