In the area around Tokaichiba-cho, Midori-ku, we are working to create sustainable and attractive suburban areas by utilizing municipal land and introducing private energies in order to solve local issues including surrounding residential areas. We have been conducting guidance on the maintenance of buildings that take environmental performance into consideration. In fiscal 2022, we conducted the maintenance and guidance of detached houses with the highest level of insulation and airtightness that Yokohama City aims for through the sale of municipal land. A tour of the completion site will be held by a business operator (ICS Co., Ltd.) at the completed house (I Male Tokaichiba).
