Until now, we have instructed violators to correct violations in Kawajima-cho, Hodogaya-ku, but since they have not been corrected, on August 5, 2024, the Old Residential Land Development Regulation Law (Note) No. 14 Issued a corrective action order based on Article 3.
(Note) The Former Residential Land Development Regulation Law refers to the Residential Land Development Regulation Law before the revision by the Act on Partial Revision of the Residential Land Development Regulation Law (Law No. 55 of 2022).
