In order to realize a decarbonized society, Yokohama City is working to convert existing public buildings into ZEB (*1). As the first issue, we acquired ZEB Ready certification from Tsurumi Public Works Office and started construction to realize ZEB.
(* 1) Net Zero Energy Building (Net Zero Energy Building), a building that aims to reduce the annual primary energy balance consumed in a building to zero. The evaluation of ZEB is divided into four levels of ZEB series according to the value of BEI (*2).
(* 2) Abbreviation of the Building Energy Index, an index that evaluates the energy-saving performance of buildings.
