At Yokohama Municipal Miho Elementary School, on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, 39 out of 879 people in elementary school studenｔ complained of vomiting and diarrhea, and were absent. Due to an increase in the number of absences, temporary closures (class closures) will be made. We will work to prevent the spread of infection by disinfecting the school and providing guidance on thorough hand washing.
In addition, as a result of the test, rotavirus has been detected in three samples.
