Since fiscal 2026, Yokohama City has been preparing for the realization of school lunch for children's mental and physical growth as well as for a rich diet.
At the school lunch exhibition, we will introduce the evolving school lunch, including a trial at a school aimed at providing soup in food cans with high heat retention, starting in fiscal 1988, and efforts by dietitians to improve menu items.
There are also content that can be enjoyed by learning through food and children. Please take a look at it.
