Toyo University, the top runner in public-private partnership research, and Yokohama City will conclude a partnership agreement on public-private partnership.

Yokohama City and Toyo University (Chairman Takashi Anzai) have concluded a partnership agreement with the aim of promoting the development of the field of public-private partnerships and regional revitalization through joint research and human resource development on public-private partnerships.
In responding to various social and administrative issues, such as a declining birthrate and aging population, and aging public facilities, "public-private partnerships" have become a more necessary way of thinking than ever before.
By having Japan's only graduate school and research center specializing in public-private partnerships, and by concluding a partnership agreement with Toyo University, the top runner in this field, we aim to further deepen and enhance co-creation initiatives with various actors that Yokohama City has been promoting, to create new value in Yokohama.
