On August 1, Mayor Takeharu Yamanaka and Chairman Yokohama City Council SHIMIZU Tomio, on behalf of 20 designated cities nationwide, made a request to Mr. Muradai, Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare, on 27 matters common to designated cities that are particularly important for promoting metropolitan administration.
