Duties
Administrative assistance at the Institute of Health

(3)Window reception service, telephone service
(4)Inspection report delivery work

(6)Other duties deemed necessary by the head of the affiliation
※Including disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)

1.Appointment period
From April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026
※If a job with the same job content is set up after the expiration of the above appointment period, and if the results of the proof of competence are good, it may be re-appointed regardless of public offering. (up to 4 times)
2.Working days
Working 5 days a week: Monday to Friday
※Excludes national holidays and New Year holidays.
3.Working hours
From 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (1 hour lunch break)

5.Compensation
176,000 yen
※The amount of compensation is the estimated amount as of December 2024. The amount is subject to change due to the revision of the system.
6.Benefits, etc.
Year-end allowance, diligence allowance, commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) etc.
7.Social insurance
Joined employment insurance, Employees' Pension Insurance and employee health insurance (Yokohama City Staff Mutual Aid Association)
Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.

Selection method
1.Selection method
(1) Primary selection
Documents will be selected based on the submitted application form and assignments.
※The results of the first selection will be notified to all applicants by mail.
※Notification of the results of the first selection: January 8, 2025
(2) Second Selection
Interview selection will be conducted for those who have passed the first screening.
・Selection date: Scheduled for late January 2025
※Interview date and time, venue, meeting time, etc. will be notified to those who have passed the first selection. Please note that the designated interview date and time cannot be changed.
※The results of the second screening will be notified by mail to all applicants.
※Notification of the results of the second selection: after the middle of February, 2025
