Duties

Operation of Infectious Disease Surveillance Business
(1)Creating charts and charts for posting on the website

※Including disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)

Eligibility

Those who satisfy all of the following (1) to (4)
(1)Those who have experience in using Word Excel Access
(2)Those who have experience managing databases in conjunction with Excel access.
(3)Those who can utilize and manage existing macros built in Excel
(4)Those who are interested in health, medical care and welfare

(1)Appointment period
From April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026
※If the same job is set up after the expiration of the above appointment period and the results of the proof of competence are good, it may be re-appointed regardless of public offering. (up to 4 times)
(2)Working days
4 days a week
(Excluding Sunday, Friday, Saturday, national holidays and New Year holidays)
(3)Working hours, etc.
From 8:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
Break time: From noon to 1:00 p.m.
(4)Work location
City of Yokohama, Medical Care Bureau Institute of Health
(2-7-1 Tomioka-Higashi, Kanazawa-ku, Yokohama-shi, 1 minute walk from Seaside Line Nanbu Market Station)
(5)Salary
176,000 yen/month
In addition, term-end allowances, diligence allowances and commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) are paid separately according to Motoichi standards.
※The amount of compensation is the estimated amount as of December 2024.
The amount is subject to change due to the revision of the system.
(6)Vacation
Annual leave, summer vacation, etc.
According to the rules regarding working hours, vacations, etc. of staff appointed for the fiscal year of Yokohama City
(7)Social insurance
Joined employee health insurance (Yokohama City Staff Mutual Aid Association), Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance
Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.

Selection method

(1)Primary selection: Selection of documents
Documents will be selected based on the application form and assignments.
※The results of the primary selection will be notified to all applicants by mail.

(2)Secondary selection: Interview (only those who have passed the primary selection)
[Scheduled date] end of January, 2025
※Details of the meeting time, venue, etc. will be announced to those who have passed the primary selection. Please note that the designated interview date and time cannot be changed.
(3)Notification of Final Results
The pass / fail will be determined based on the results of the secondary selection, and the results will be notified by mail.

・Working conditions are as of December 2024 and are subject to change.
・It is matter condition that 2025 budget is decided in Yokohama-shi assembly stop. If the budget is not voted on, it may not be accepted even if it passes the selection.
