25.2024 Izumi Ward New Year Celebration

　The 2024 Izumi Ward New Year's Celebration was held. This year, due to the continued accidents such as the earthquake on the Noto Peninsula on New Year's Day and an aircraft fire at Haneda Airport, the content of the event was changed in conjunction with fundraising activities in affected areas. On the day of the event, 330 people, including Chairman Neighborhood Association and representatives of various local organizations, participated in the event and exchanged New Year's greetings to make this year a good year for the Izumi Ward people. On that day, I received a message from Mayor Takeharu Yamanaka, who visited affected areas and read the New Year's greeting from me.
　I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the Executive Committee for responding to the sudden review of the program and to the many inhabitants of the ward who helped raise funds to support the affected areas. Regarding donations, we have set up a donation box in the general information on the first floor of the Izumi Ward Office on January 9th, so we would appreciate your support.
　I sincerely hope that this year will be such a fruitful year in which "dreams" expand greatly for inhabitants of a ward.
