32.The 37th Izumi Ward Youth Festival
The 37th Izumi Ward Youth Festival was held in Izumi public hall.
This time, many groups wanted to perform, and 14 groups including marching bands, wadaiko, dance and karate appeared by lottery, showing the results of everyday practice in front of a large audience. The venue was very exciting, and I also enjoyed the children's performances and dances. Also, on the day, Mayor Takeharu Yamanaka also visited, greeted the opening ceremony, and encouraged the performers.
I think it would be encouraging to have a place for children to announce the results of the practice. In addition, it is an opportunity to see parents performing hard and feel the growth of their children. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to all the members of the Izumi Ward Youth Instructors' Council for their efforts in organizing this event. I want to continue to be a child-friendly town in Izumi Ward.
