October 17th We held the 17th Kanagawa Manner Violation Cleaning Strategy!

We cleaned up to Aeon Style Higashikanagawa-mae Square.
On Wednesday, September 27, we held the 17th My Town Kanagawa Manor Violation Clearing Strategy.
This is the largest cleaning event in the ward where residents, businesses, and the government collectively clean up litter and take measures against illegally parked bicycles and illegal parking, aiming to improve the manners of the "Clean and Clean Town Kanagawa Ward".
On the day, in a temperature close to 30 ° C, cleaning began from each region and office while taking measures against heat stroke, about 1,000 people came to Aeon Style Higashikanagawa-mae Square and about 400 people near Shinkoyasu Orth Yokohama Bus Depot. We came with a lot of garbage collected by cleaning. In addition, many people have cleaned up near their homes because they cannot come to both venues. Thanks to you, the city has become very beautiful.

I also left the ward office and cleaned around Sorimachi Park and National Route 1 to Aeon Style Higashikanagawa-mae Square, but there were many places where littering was still falling.
Going forward, we will continue to work to maintain a high-quality living environment, including support for cleaning activities for local residents. Thank you for your cooperation in "Kanagawa Ward, a clean and beautiful town."

At the time of the event, this year, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. Yokohama Plant received a donation from Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., saying, "I would like to distribute drinking water as a gratitude to everyone who cleaned it."
On Thursday, September 14, at the ward office, we received a catalog of 1,800 drinking water (500ml PET bottles) from the factory manager Wada Minsei.
The Yokohama Plant distributed drinking water to the participants.
The donated drinking water was stored in the freezer in the evening of the previous day, and on the day, we were able to distribute it in a cold state to everyone who cleaned the hot weather, and we were very pleased.
This year marks the 90th anniversary of Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., which was founded at the Yokohama Plant. Thank you very much for your kindness. Let's move forward together in the future.
