In order to receive benefits from old age from the public pension system, you must have a qualification period of at least 10 years in principle.
Type of benefit | Explanation | |

(1) | Basic retirement pension | As a general rule, those who have a qualification period of 10 years or more will be paid from the age of 65. Even if you are 60 years old, you can receive it if you wish, but it will be reduced at a certain rate. |
(2) | Old Employee Pension Plan (Kosei Nenkin) | As a general rule, it is paid from the age of 65. |
Type of benefit | Explanation | |

(1) | Disability Basic Pension | You will be paid if you are in National Pension Plan (Kokumin Nenkin) or are ill or injured before the age of 20 and have a certain level of disability. |
(2) | Disability welfare pension | It is paid when the insured person in Employee Pension Plan (Kosei Nenkin) becomes disabled due to illness or injury on first visit (Shoshin) Day. |
