We conducted a sounding-type market survey to capture opportunities for the development of undeveloped areas of Futatsuike Park in Tsurumi Ward and explore the possibility of enhancing the attractiveness of the park through cooperation with private businesses.

・We were able to understand that it was difficult for businesses to set up profitable facilities due to reasons such as site conditions and surrounding environment. In addition, we were able to understand that it was difficult for businesses to maintain and maintain toilets on their own.
・Based on the results of this dialogue, we will consider the development of undeveloped areas.
