The Consumer Affairs Agency conducted an investigation and found that there was an act that could unfairly harm consumers' interests in transactions with fake black locks (telling them of misconduct). (2)Company A calls again to consumers who have decided to participate in the trial described in (1) above. Consumers are told by Company A that it is no longer possible to repay past fraud damages in court for reasons such as "defeated in court" or "the parent of the fraudulent business has gone bankrupt." .
Consumers say that if a consumer purchases a smooth banknote from a fake black lock for 100,000 yen per sheet, company A etc. can recover past fraud damage by buying it at a double price. He is asked to buy a sm from a fake black lock.
(3)When a consumer calls a fake black rock to order a smooth at the request of Company A, the fake black rock will send a solicitation document containing the following documents to the consumer's home.

〇 There are businesses that allow consumers to pay money by calling for transactions in foreign currencies, etc., assuming that consumers can recover past fraud damage. It is very difficult to recover fraudulent damage, so if you are asked by a business operator to recover past fraud damage, do not rely on it.
〇 Businesses that make fraudulent solicitations may name a real company. Don't trust it easily just because you know the names of businesses, etc., and check the contents of the solicitation carefully.
〇 It is a typical fraud scheme to ask for the purchase of foreign currencies handled by other companies on the premise of high purchases. Foreign currency exchange rates fluctuate depending on economic conditions and other factors, so long-term trading prices are generally not guaranteed. In addition, there are many foreign currencies in Japan that are difficult to exchange money.
For foreign currencies that you are not familiar with, be sure to check with your nearest financial institution about the exchange rate and the possibility of selling before applying for a transaction.
〇 It is a typical fraud scheme to send cash by courier. If you are asked by a business operator to send cash by courier, etc., please do not respond.
