Since 2007, at least 32 fatalities and serious injuries of users, etc. in mechanical multi-story parking lots have occurred, including 12 deaths, and some painful accidents have occurred involving children. .
In addition, accidents in parking lots in condominiums account for more than half of the total, and many accidents have occurred when users operate parking equipment on their own.
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the Consumer Affairs Agency have compiled the "Check Sheet for Managers" that Residential Association and users in parking lots such as condominiums should check. Please use it to consider and implement safety measures.
